Questions about packages
Which package do we need?
Project suits one scheme with one person modelling it. Multiple Projects is for one person working across several schemes, and adds the Portfolio Function. Enterprise is for teams, and for funders: it adds unlimited users, roles for each person, and the Funders Programme Dashboards.
What is the Portfolio Function?
It brings all of your projects together: their combined funding requirement and cash flows on one timeline, ranked by how soon each returns capital, and stacked against the capital you have to invest.
What are the Funders Programme Dashboards?
For organisations that fund other people's schemes. Applicants submit their funding scenarios to your programme, and you see what each scheme needs and repays, a priority order, and how the programme fills your budget year by year. Applicants never see each other's schemes.
How do we subscribe?
Choose a package to go to the Nuovo platform. Sign in or create an account, name your organisation, and pay by card on Stripe's secure page. The package switches on as soon as Stripe confirms the payment.
Who sets up the model for our project?
Nuovo builds the model for each project from your development appraisal, programme and funding terms, and checks the dashboard against it before you use it.
Can we change package or cancel?
Yes. Change package, update the card, download invoices or cancel from Manage billing in the platform. A cancelled subscription runs to the end of the period you've paid for, and your projects stay viewable afterwards.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes. Email us and we'll arrange it.
